The MomentLock™ BYOD (Bring Your Own Dowel) Accessory Mount is a versatile foundation for creating custom canopy accessories using standard 5/8" round or square wood dowels or similarly sized tubing.
Whether you’re displaying a vendor sign, identifying your campsite, hanging lightweight decorations, supporting a small banner, or building your next DIY project, the BYOD Accessory Mount makes it easy to create an accessory that’s tailored to your needs.
Designed to work seamlessly with the MomentLock ecosystem, the mount features an integrated steel disk that interfaces with the magnetic accessory platform to help keep your accessory securely seated while allowing quick installation and removal.
The included keeper installs on the end of your dowel or tube to help prevent signs and accessories from sliding off during normal use. For a more permanent assembly, both the mount and keeper include countersunk holes and can be secured using #6 × 5/8" flat head wood screws (not included). Fasteners are optional for many applications.

About This Product
The BYOD Accessory Mount is manufactured using high-quality 3D printing to keep costs low while allowing us to rapidly develop new accessories for the MomentLock platform. Minor layer lines and cosmetic variations are a normal characteristic of the process and do not affect intended performance. Every part is individually inspected before shipping.
Important Information
This accessory is intended for lightweight applications. Wind can significantly increase the forces applied to signs, flags, banners, fabric, and other large accessories. Always use good judgment and remove wind-catching items during high winds or severe weather.

I like the idea, and it seems to be built well, but I must have misunderstood because I thought the back piece was a twist on frame piece and it wasn't, so now I have to purchase the twist on piece to make it work.
The plastic piece on the top notch broke off VERY easily. Luckily the magnet is strong enough that it holds up without it, but I also only have one very light chalkboard sign hanging from it.
