Returns, Guarantee & Warranty
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price—no questions asked.
1-Year Limited Warranty (Defects Only)
Your Adaptamount gear is covered against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the delivery date. If a defect arises under normal use, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost to you. Warranty claims for confirmed defects include prepaid return shipping.
How Returns Work (30-Day Window)

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items should be in the same condition you received them (unworn/unused), with all parts, and in original packaging when reasonably possible.

Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return: email support@adaptamount.com. We’ll email instructions.
Note: Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind/non-defective returns. If we made an error or the product is defective, we cover shipping.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages, Issues, or Defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.

For warranty review, we may request photos/video, the order number, a brief description of the issue, and (if needed) return of the product for inspection.

For approved warranty claims, we provide a prepaid label and repair/replace the item.
Warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes from use, misuse/abuse, improper installation, alterations, accidents, commercial or rental use, or loads/uses outside stated product guidelines.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items, gift cards, or final-sale items. We also don’t accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
Fastest path: complete a return for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off
If your order ships into the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition as above, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
