Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver goods to the carrier.

8. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Sales are made directly by Adaptamount. Shopify is not a party to your transactions with us and has no responsibility for them.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain data processing is performed by Shopify—see our Privacy Policy for details.

10. FEEDBACK & REVIEWS

If you submit reviews, ideas, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use and display that Feedback in any medium. You represent you have rights to your Feedback and that it complies with these Terms. We may remove Feedback in our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of laws. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas for disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.
