Questions, answered
Will it fit my canopy?
MomentLock fits most square canopy legs: 1" (25.4 mm), 1⅛" (29 mm) and 1¼" (32–33 mm). Measure one flat side, edge to edge. Have 28 mm or 30 mm legs? Those sizes aren't supported natively. Email us at support@adaptamount.com and we'll look at a custom insert for you. Hex or octagon legs? See the next question.
What if my canopy has round, hex or octagon legs?
Choose the MomentLock Pro Commercial Mount. It fits hexagonal and octagonal legs up to 1.97 in (50 mm) across the flats, with a sizing insert configured to your frame, and it takes the same quick-connect accessories. Measure flat to flat, not corner to corner. Round legs? Email support@adaptamount.com and we'll check fit.
Do accessories come with a mount?
No. Every accessory drops onto a MomentLock Mount. Buy mounts on their own (1, 2, 4 or 8 packs), or get mounts and accessories together in a kit.
How much can each mount hold?
Each mount is rated for a 25 lb (11.3 kg) working load. The steel sign holder's arm extends 16 in (406 mm) and holds signs up to 3 lb (1.4 kg).
When will it ship, and what does shipping cost?
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days, and economy shipping takes 4–7 days. Within the US, standard MomentLock mounts, kits and anything ordered with them ship free. The Pro Commercial Mount is made to order: it ships at a calculated rate shown at checkout, about 2–3 weeks after ordering. Shipping outside the US is calculated at checkout.
